シャンプーは基本値段の1/10が原価で後はほとんどが宣伝費
で、中身は値段に比例してよくなっていくから高いやつほどいい
しかし、シャンプーでできる頭皮ケアは2割程度　たったの2割に頭悩ませてる辺り頭が悪い
シャンプーのやり方で2割　シャワーの温度で2割　髪の毛を乾かした後のケアで4割決まる
簡単に説明すると、シャンプーよりもその前の水での洗浄が大事　ここで汚れの大半を落とす
シャンプーは刺激が強いからなるべく短い時間の使用にするため
シャワーの温度は40度くらいがベスト　今の時期だとぬるすぎるくらいで寒く感じるかな
そして一番重要なのは頭皮の保湿
抜け毛の一番の原因は頭皮の乾燥にある　安物の顔用化粧水でいいからシュシュっとスプレーすればOK
